Here`s the excerpt from my manual. Set these and it should work. If not you have a different problem!

C350:
Setting 1 – Tech Rep – System Input / Unit Change – Set Image unit to Service
Setting 2 – Tech Rep – “Stop 9”, then “IU LIFE STOP SETTING” – set to No Stop

C250 / C252 / C300 / C352 and C351 / C450
Setting 1 – Tech Rep – System 2 / Unit Change – Set Image unit to Service
Setting 2 – Tech Rep – “Stop 0 C”, then “IU LIFE STOP SETTING” – set to No Stop

I hate to pirate this thread. but I am doing the same thing today. and set the iu to no stop. but unfortunately for me. the machine is in our shop and ours.. but the (change iu light) was already on. so now what will happen? will it continue to run and not stop or will it always run but the counters will still count up but we don't neccesarily have to replace the iu's? I do a chip reset on some machines and can usually get twice the yield. anyways if anyone has any answers that would be great.

I believe the "stop-life" setting will still take effect even though you had a "change soon" warning. As far as I can remember, the only time it doesnt work is when the IU life has ran out completely before the change was made.

I actually had some reset chips and reset the iu's in question. but now what happens when the other iu's reach end of life. will the machine ask to replace them? and will the counters remain full? thanks
