This is the first one of these machines I've seen. Not much to it, but when the customer changed the toner for the first time and used the Smart Card bundled with the AIO the display says that the card has expired. It doesn't seem like the card would have a 'use by' date so is it just a bad card?
As a workaround I have set the machine to Without Toner Maintenance, but this could eventually cause an issue. Do I just need to order a new Smart Card or is there a bigger issue at play? I saw a bulletin regarding clearing consumable counters and I have downloaded the firmware but the machine is a good 85 miles away so I want to make sure I have the right tools to fix it...
