bizhub C252 hourglass on the LCD then out

Hello , I have this bizhub C252 showing an hourglass when turned on then the LCD goes dark and only the fans are working. Some people think is the NVRAM that needs to be reflashed. Does anyone have the firmware and the software to write it to the flash card? I couldn't find it anywhere.Thank you! My email is zdrangbang@yahoo.com .

Before you reflash nvram try disconnecting the hard drive and re-booting the machine. If it starts up and then displays an error code, your hard drive is faulty.

I have already tried to disconnect the hard drive and restart the machine. It does the same thing, an hour glass for about 30 sec then nothing.
