Problem with scaner C451

Hi again there is problem with scaner auto duplex unit it's seem that is some gear is not rotating or gets through coz there is a very big noise and it didn't take paper. if i help manuality and pul up the plate where is paper to scan is everithing ok but if i release it its pull down and everithing stops ..
