    Bizhubc 253

    i have a new bizhub c253.problem is all colours are coming out fine except magenta which comes with white spots on all types of papers.
    i have tried calibration,replaced the print head,transfer belt and imaging unit.allthese has not made the situation better.anybody with suggestion to this problem.

      Does it look like this? If yes you should change the HV unit.

          this is exactly what is happening.idont have the high voltage board but i will update you on the progress
