Is it a jam code or a service code?

If it is a jam code, check the 3 one-way gears in the fuser gear box.

If it is a service code, see above post, by wizpar.

Service code. Ordered the above motors, turned out to be a sometimes slow turning M36, the second motor behind the first one. IO check 42-03 would show the motor turning once in a while (thus the code). Replaced and tested with the finisher and the covers off for 45 minutes. So far so good. :)
