    konica minolta bizhub 160 c0650

This bizhub 160 has c0650 error. What does mean it? How can I solve it?Maybe the exposure lamp is bad.The problem was the customer plugged it in without transform, in my city the voltage is 220 and the copier is 110 vol.The power supply is ok, only the varistor and a small fuse were wrong.I changed them,Maybe I forgot to connect anything? thanks.

is this a new machine right out of the box? I have not looked the code up. but I think if it is the scanner then you may want to look under the display pannel on the left side I believe. is a scanner lock. I actually turned one on before. just noisey but caught it quick enough. I would check that out
