Customer has a message "check power and cable" on the s300 fiery they just received this machine and all the cables are hooked up correctly, im not that familiar with this machine,any ideas?

The Fiery has lost communication with the C500, try:

rebooting Fiery fully.
Check that the SCSI cable is properly seated
replace the cable

If it is still functioning then it is just an old message on the Fiery.

If jobs can be sent to the Fiery but will not print, then check the cable for sure.

It was the cable one of the pins was bent
