Friend,
You might seen the four slender springs of respective IUs while replacing HV unit? which may get corroded. We have a similar case in this forum earlier.Replace the holders (part no. 4038 2274 01) accordingly by taking respective test copies of each units. Its bit difficult to replace but it seems you have only left out IDC sensors and holders.I personally experienced this complaint.two holders were culprits.try an anti-rust also in first place which is easy and may be helpfull :)

check the assy under the transfer belt that slides above the front and rear id sensors is working, the arm can snap so the sensors can not see the belt.

Howzit,

Had the same thing on a C352. Was actually the main board. You do get those errors if you reseting the IU incorrectly or with the wrong chips ect.

But defintelty had that one the C352 - Mainboard

only thing was the C352 was printing all images at 50%/zoom and half the page was blank, but was getting all P codes.

So seems different

friend,
again reminding you.most probably its because of PWB-M or corroded holders.PWB-M you already checked.holders might seems OK from outer but may corroded inside create arching, which you might know.I personally got this complaint once and its not easy to replace holders.Lot of dismantling (including laser heads and toner recycling unit) needed. In my case 2 holders were defective and I replaced all the four.On removing it middle portion of those holders were found rusty. Is this machine is in a humid place.then chances are high

friend,
sorry to type out toner recycling(I meant waste toner collection augor). Also one more thing.PUT ON THE DEVELOPING BIAS 'ON' in image process adj, which will hinder you from doing gradation adj,..and observe. You can enter service mode even if the machine is showing P codes.Take gradation test patterns from test mode for each colors. If that also not possible then sadly the PWB-MFP can be creating trouble.I know its easy to advice but what can be done other than this?
