Magi Colour 1300W

Hi lads,

1st time on the forum. Work on the the KM - machines and have for the past 8 years. 1st call i log is for a baby machine 1300w.

Our support center at head office do not support this unit as it was giving away for free with some deals. Anyway ..

When printing to the 1300w i receive a blank page on the unit and then a "Fatal decompression error"on the PC display monitor.

Connected unit to my laptop with same result. Any solutions ?

I assume you mean a PagePro 1300W. The message you're getting is probably "Fatal Error Data Decompression". I would check all of your connections on the controller board first. If that doesn't do it, the board is probably bad.
