hello niece people need help b421 switching on and off...then goes into blue minolt

Can you describe the problem more clearly?

hi the machine switches on and off ac couple of times and then the the machine starts up but go into the minolta startup screen and freezes there.
problem is the machines does not start up normal but switches off, can hear the relays in power supply going mad then stops and the blue screen minolta appears.
