Hello All,
Could I have some help and advice please? I see a steep learning curve.
We are just starting with placing a number of refurbished C350 style machines into our local market. We are not directly connected to the Konica Minolta distribution channel in Australia. Our business is almost exclusively to refurbish and remarket 3 to 6 year old Minolta equipment. We have generally selected a small group of models and aimed to directly support these for a minimum of 5 years.
Until now, local economic supply of colour models we thought we could support for 5 years was unavailable.
We would like to standardize as much as is practical our refurbishing process and clarify what is possible and practical.
Thanks in advance
Phill

- Can we relatively easily convert Re-badged equipment ie: Oce-CS180 & the others to KM-C350
- Can we do the same with the fiery?
- The most efficient way to bring all machines to a current firmware level?
- Has anyone prepared a refurbishing or QA checklist we could base our refurbishing program around?
- Some areas you would recommend for special attention during refurbishing?
Thanks in advance
