Bizhub 350, PDF error.

PDF print is completed but only 1st page if more than one. On the backside is following message printed:

Any ideas please?

The message didn't display in your post, but I'll have a guess and reckon it was something about an offending commandstack.

Alot of issues can be solved in Adobe Reader when printing by doing the following:

1. File
2. Print
3. Advanced
4. Print as Image
5. Ok
6. Print

This will send pictures of the pages rather than the PS code of the pages. All printers are capable of easily reading the bmp images that are then sent.

Only problem with using this option is that it will take a little longer to print, but a properly finished document is better than one with errors the whole way through it.

This also sometimes happens with a buggy PDF reader (I forget the exact version but think it was 8) and also if SNMP is enabled on the PORT-->Configure screen of the print driver.

Do you have current firmware or something really old? How about the drivers.
