C451 light density

all copies look undertoned

Test the last two and tell us something!

Gradation pattern looks good; copies, prints and scans are light? Now that's an odd one... If your print was something you scanned, maybe you got something wrong with your scanner. Else, could be that your machine is undertoned.
Maybe someone else can help you... I'm at a loss.
