how to duplex print on a C250

Does anyone know how to duplex print on a C250 colour machine on a MAC OS. 10.5 We can print normally but when the customer tries to duplex the settings are greyed out and we have added duplex through the system preferences.

Make sure that your customer isn't selecting a thick type stock as these machines won't duplex thick stock.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

Mac is a pain to setup for options.
I had a hard time doing it because I don't do MAC a lot.
Search my username and MAC on this site.
Someone gave me the answer on a Ricoh box.
A print driver is a print driver.
You have to tell the computer what the MFP is capable of.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

You must select Duplex under "Finishing".
