Please tell me how to lower the temperature in the fuser of Minolta Bizhub C500 Pro.

I use 90g coated paper ( and the broblem aperar at the second side of the print - exfoliate paper) and if I lower the weight I must use normal paper.
so I will try.

Fuser temp is set using 25 mode softswitches, it should be listed in the service manual.

is your paper blistering (bubbling) then you need to use good quality coated laser paper made for copiers .press paper will not work

This is one of the big problems the 8050/C500 have that was solved with the arrival of the C6500. More than one customer I used to visit swapped their 8050/C500 for a C6500 and are still happily using them.

Problem solved!
Tahnks to KM Dude :"Fuser temp is set using 25 mode softswitches, it should be listed in the service manual." I have dowgrade the temperature with 10 degree. And all is ok!

I have the same problem but i dont know what soft-switches to adjust. Can you tell me please i would like to lower my fuser temperature to 10 degrees. Thank you

Thank you it fixed my problem by lowering the teperature by 10 degrees
