bizhub 421 fuser code reset

so the serice book I have from km does not say how to reset the code. at least I have not found it. do you turn the machine on while holding the utility key. then go into the trouble screen? enter the code? I do not have a 421 machine close to me to try this procedure. and the service book is not clear. can someone please expound? or at least tell me which page in the service manual it is on. I am a km dealer.

The procedure is:

-turn On the main power switch (SW1)
-with the Utility/Counter key pressed turn on the power switch (SW2)
-press "trouble reset" on the touch screen, the appears OK
-then turn off and on the power switch (SW2)
