hai friends

i got a issue in konica minolta c 253.There is a black band come in the print out on the side of the paper.After that when i removed the iu unit i saw the lots of developer comes out.This is a new imaging unit

Please elaborate the complaint.If possible upload a test copy.How U know it's developer coming out,or toner?What's the counter reading and status of transfer,fusing units?Only black IU problamatic?

It the developer only b'cos it stick to screwdriver mahine counter is 54000
only black unit is the problem
