code: 5102..transport motors malfunction.

Action taken: replaced M1 and fusing motor. After resetting it will just shows warming up without any motor turning.

Sometimes it works but gradation is failed. When off it back again it will show back code 5102.

All movement with the transfer belt, fusing unit, iu units are smooth. NV ram reset had also been done. Can anyone help on this problem. TQ

did you have any noise in the preedrive mode ???

i had have a gearboxproblem in any machine.

no noise at all. If the pre drive start to work, it mean this machine can start copying. When off on the machine, it will back to code 5102. IF I trouble reset, it will just giving a warming up without any code .. already loaded with new firmware, nv ram resetting. iu units already tested on other machine and it all working fine.

If U already replaced the motor(or U can interchange the motor with in the machine which results in a different motor malfunction code) and no gradation is possible, and machine not stabilizing at all then, suspect Ur mech-control PWB-M faulty.cross check in a working c252,confirm.
