Have client with bizhub c352 asking for transfer kit. Through this forum found how to remove transfer belt. Kit came with transfer roller as well, I can see it but not sure how to remove. Also when kit installed is ther a reset procedure or does machine auto reset. I normally deal with HP, Lexmark, Canon, Konia Minolta laser printers and about once a year get asked to work on larger Konica Minolta machines.

No, u must use from 60 milliamper to 100 ( i tested 100 on c352 and works but to be safe, use 60,

When you install a new transfer belt - it resets itself using a fuse. To take out the transfer roller it is simply 2 levers, one at each end of the roller itself - if you look at the new one it will make it easier to see them.

Just flick these both upwards and the roller is released.
