    Konica c6500 with Creo Ic304

    Anyone having issues printing from XP pro workstations to an IC304 Creo controller, after updating the workstation to service pack 3?

      We normally don't print directly from a workstation. We send the job to the storage queue. What level software is the Creo? 1 or 2? That could be the issue.

          Work flow is an issue with this client. I'll spare all the details...
          Creo has been updated to version 2.0 with service pack 1, drivers at each workstation were deleted (including 2 dll files) and the driver was downloaded from the Ic304 to the workstation. I have made contact with a rep from Creo and they are going to work with us as well as Konica/Minolta support.

          Acrobat ver 9 was added to the mix around the same that service pack 3 was introduced on the workstations.

              Creo Issues

              There have been issues with SP3,I found this patch list and have the patch,whether its specific to the KM model as mine is for the Ikon model.
