Konica Minolta CSPRO EP3010 error code c0b61

can someone help me with resetting this code (c0b61)? how to enter in to service mode on EP3010 ? maybe sombody can send service manual to my email ? ramber@hot.ee

Sorter Bin motion obstruction. Look for broken pins on the sorter bins. Resetting by opening/closing sorter.

Press the spanner/wrench ion at the lower left corner of the touch panel before open and close the front door. I think this is the way to reset the error code of the sorter.

i dont have any spanner/wrench icon on panel, only Code error text

Switch off copier and unplug from power, then unplug the sorter from copier. Power up copier again and clear fault code if still showing by opening and shutting front door. Then power down again and unplug.....reconnect sorter....power up copier, all should be ok now.
