We have had quite a problem with these machines squeaking when at idle, seemingly coming from the fuser. Up till now we have been lubing the fuser bearings and bushings and swapping the fuser.

I finally found the REAL squeak comes from the white plastic rollers in the upper part of the right door(the area covered by the yellow felt). These rollers are rubbing against the black plastic frame in which they are mounted. The roller that drives these rollers are driven by the same drive as the fuser so when the fuser is turning (in idle mode) these rollers are also turning. I used fuser oil to lube the frame but you have to be careful on how much lube to use as it may transfer to the paper. I feel that some kind of spacer or telfon mylar washer will be required to fix permenently.

hope this helps for the techs banging heads try to find that damn mouse!
