    Minolta di 250

    How can I adjust fusing temperature.I need to make it upprer.Toner is not fused completely.Stays on fuser roller.
    Fuser roller is replaced.

    you can not adjust the fuser temperature,but your problem is not in temperature,send more details

      If you have changed the UFR, and the toner does not stick, I bet the problem is with the screws that adjust the pressure between rollers. Make sure the bushing around the long screw goes in the hole correctly.

        Other possibilities :
        -Generic heat roller,
        -generic toner,
        -heat roller bushings (if it has them),
        -Humid paper (try copying on the 2nd side of the paper to see if it improves),
        -Also make sure the press roller is good and that the bearings are not freezing up grinding away at the press roller shaft causing uneven pressure.

          Make sure the bushing around the long screw goes in the hole correctly.
          Fixthecopier is right, that could be very likely the cause. Happened to our techs several times.
