IR5870u - error during autogradation

I just set up this canon - it throws E000061-003 right after beginning autogradation... Is Anybody familiar with this error? Any help would be appriciated...

E061-0001 / E061-0003 Error Code: Because potential sensor PCB is faulty.You may a bad connection on the potential sensor board or on the HV board.
