All letters is printing bold from any computers. Original problem was the cleaning unit was frozen and had a loud noise. I replaced maintenance kit (all drums, dv, fuser, cleaning unit, transfer belt), and after that, customer states about the boldness (extremely dark).
If you have an excel spread sheet, and you have bold and regular letter, it prints everything bold.
Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.
