CANON iR2200 Error code E000350-001

Can anybody help me with error code E000350-001 :confused: of a iR2200 CANON copier?

r u sure of the code it is not in a canon service manual.. will check on line and get back to u..

Ok found it it is a fault with the serail number PCB..
check connector J1023 on main controller...
If you changed boards that cvould be the problem also...
