R u using the correct specified model original toner? R u using fresh paper? Then, hv you changed the developer with fresh toner? pl check and confirm.

Could you try to reheat the 250GSM blank paper and then copying it?
May be rarely used 250 gsm paper which is moistred.
Is it glossy? or rough surface of 250 gsm?
Good luck again
Ravi.

Your problem is either a media setting, or your media is out of spec. You didn't say if this is printing or copying but if it is printing the correct media setting should be set in the driver.

if the problem is intermittent try fitting the three one way gears on the fuser drive they add the tension to the belt and roller.

YES media its fresh ,non moisturised.
I use this machine only for printind.
Another intesting thing:
When I print on large size like:320mmx440mm the left part of the paper(in portret form) are with problems and the right part doesn't have problems or very small problems.
Thanks
