I need to replace a complete drum unit (imaging unit) in a konica minolta 7216. Does anyone know where i can source this part? And do i have to perform any service modes after replacing the part?

Are you talking about servicing an existing IU (change its parts) or replacing it with a completely new IU?

If I remember correctly, the new IUs doesn't come with a drum and developer - you need to order them separatelly and then install them (but please someone correct me if I'm wrong). After that, you need to enter service mode, and run the ATDC adjustment. Also don't forget to erase the maintenange counter for the IU.
