Di3510 Scanning

I have a customer with a Di3510 scanning to tiff is fine but when he scans a PDF file its fine till page 73 then the rest is blank but shows the pages. I have tried different FTP servers, different computers same problem. If anyone has an answer for this please help. thanks

Known issue according to my database. Install PCL MSC/Message/IR Firmware version 35 or higher.
