3510 Unknown code C143F

Started up 3510 this morning, instantly coded, will not start if reseted, get to "ready to copy" but imiditly codes


Not Listed in service, tried to use a few other related guides but the c143 (no f) was listed as mobo damage, and other things so Id like not to believe that

AFR-19, C143F (C-143F) error code which is not found in the Service Manual.


[Solution]



CAUSE: The code, C143F, refers to an AFR adjustment which is not possible to perform in the field. Typically, it is an indication of an open interlock on the AFR-19, which may have opened before finishing the document feed.

SOLUTION: Secure all document feeder covers.
