How to Back up a HDD oc C550

I have a C550 on a Lawer firm Account, that need a new Firmware. It have a scan to email account of 35, and Tracking account of 80.

How to back up all the account or HDD, fast, Easy and painless.

My experience tells me that a hdd format is not required with a firmware update.. a hdd version up or conversion up sometimes but that doesnt typically wipe the email shortcuts or the account tracking date.... simplest way i've found to backup especially acct code is the pagescope data administrator... there is also a pagescope hdd backup utility (Never used it) but that may take a bit of time to perform.
