I have a customer with a DiAlta DI2510F the copies are coming out with raised print and the image will rub off. I have raise the fuser temp. & exchanged fuser unit with a known good unit. Not sure what else to check.

Also I'm getting a message to "change imaging unit"; I have installed new OEM drum, OEM DV and OEM toner - reset maintenance codes; message remains.

Any suggestions????

My hair is turning gray(er), please help.

Thanks

vijay thanks for replying

To answer your question, fuser exchange seemed to make no differance.
On the other one I changed only the developer & run the F-8 Simm not the
developer unit

thanks Remco Tech

Does it say to replace or Install imaging unit! To be honest I dont remember ever seeing replace IU but then again I stay sheltered in the office, Just asked one of my techs and he is scratching his head also....... Maybe in the initial FW version it was used or something along those lines.......... Yo KM guru's feel free to chime in!

R U sure this isnt what it says? If so try this I have had this happen a few times.
