hi all i have a cf3102 which is a real pain jamming paper running a4r from any tray in duplex mode, i can run a4 duplex from any tray with no problems just seems a pain in a4r tried new fuser and transfer but still the problem is there, any ideas??? thanks

not sure if you have a finisher attached or what A4r paper dimensions but if the flipper plate in the entrance to the horizontal section of finisher is broken( little tab that the solenoid breaks), you will get jams before the paper is pulled back into the duplexer.

thanks for that, have a booklet finisher attached, but still the same with it off will have a look at the a mentioned and see thanks
