Error c-2814

I'm getting an Error Code- c2814 on my Konica C6500 as the machine warms up. Screen pops up to call a tech. Still waiting for the Tech, but wanted to know if it is something I can trouble shoot.

Black Drum

most of the times, this code comes up when the blade flips

try a little baby powder or setting powder on the drum, spin drum, dump off excess

also when drum is out, check sensor behind it on developing unit, make sure it is clean.

if all fails replace drum

Great- thanks for the help. I had changed the drums, but the problem still occurred. However, I just changed the sensor last weekend, so far so good. I'll keep you posted.
