Hp9850 /konica 8050

[Cleaningblade]

I have a hp9850 (the same like konica minolta8050)

with sc 50-01

i replaced the dcps 1 + 2 (powersupply)

the problem still exist

where can i find the icp 22 because in an technical bulletin they say it could be the problem ?
