Does anyone have any experience with this problem?
I would like the reset code.

Have you cleared all the jams from the fuser & exit rollers?

Sim 14 will reset the trouble code and get you going.

If jams continue after warmup, double check jams in the fuser & exit rollers, as it's quite common.

if you cannot reset the code in sim14, try the sim 16, and in the jamming use the silicon oil in the fixing assembly in the upper and lower hit roller

I can't get the reset codes to enter.

If you can't get the reset codes to enter...... Call a Qualified Sharp Engineer, who will also check and find the root cause of the problem.
