Which version of the Mac OS are you using?

Do you have the installation CD that came with the bizhub? If not then you'll need to download the Mac drivers from Konica's website.

Verify AppleTalk is set to ON on the bizhub. If it's set to OFF just set it to ON and click OK.
You could even set Bonjour to ON then you could install the printer using either AppleTalk or Bonjour.

The following instructions are for OS 10.4.
1)Select "HDD" - "Applications" - "Utility" where the driver was installed, and then double-click "Printer
Setup Utility" or "Print Center" to open it.

2)When the Add Printer dialog box appears, click the [Add] button. When the printer list appears, click
the [Add] button.
– If available printers have already been set up, the Add Printer dialog box does not appear.
– If the printer is not detected, turn off this machine, then on again.
– When turning off the power, then on again, wait at least 10 seconds before turning it on again.
Otherwise, this machine may not function properly.
The connected printers are detected.

3)From the "Printer Name" list, select the desired model name and connection (AppleTalk).

4)Select "KONICA MINOLTA" in "Print Using", select the desired model from the list of models, and then
click the [Add] button.

If the selected printer is registered in the printer list, the setting procedure is completed.

5)Open TextEdit and try to print.

Does anyone still use AppleTalk? It's become so unpopular that Apple doesn't even support it in the latest OS.

Well if you using OS 9 appletalk is what you need the OS will find your machine in on time, and then run the PPD file for your machine, you can use the Macs systems generic driver it will print but some feature will not be available. Most G3 Macs still work on OS9 its a machine that run till it dies.
