We are having problems with a recurring C-5352 error on an NEC IT3530D. Bizhub 350 manuals and the service counter refer to a fan abnormality, suggesting to replacing either the fan behind the reg. roll or PWB-A. I have already tried two other known-working fans, but both of them throw the same code at the same point in the copy cycle. My problem now is finding an NEC board, rather than a KM board which I have readily available.
Does anyone know if the PWB-A from a KM Bizhub 350 would work in this NEC IT3530D?
