can anyone help i have a 250p showing cf023 ,i have checked service manual it shows :-

i have tried reseting machine, alway the code reappears:mad:

NVRAM error, try to make a NVRAM reset.

Corrupt firmware, failed memory or PWB-MFP board.

Reflash with current firmware. Or latest version firmware. Perform a Memory Test and replace Memory Module if needed. If the problem persists, replace PWB-MFP

turn out to be customers network ! whenever they sent print it throw up the code, with network lead out mc was fine

this error os solved with Firmware you see this with P versio without HDD. Install latest firmware and if possible HDD
