Sorry dude, that area is for Factory Certified techs only...I'm not about to risk losing my access by giving out my login and password. "All solutions by model" is no longer supported by KonicaMinolta since the start of their "Knowledgebase". I think what you're asking for hasn't been updated since March or April.

What you are asking access to cost companies thousands of dollars to get their techs trained so that they have access.

How about you spend money on training as well and then you will have access as well.
