di551 sc 21-06 help

i have a di 551 with a service code 21-06 any suggestions on what i can do to fix this?:confused:

Check M10 Trans/Sep cleaning motor.

Disable the cleaning motor in the softswitch mode. I think it's switch 3 bits 3&4 need to be set to a 1.

not very familiar with this machine so i'm not sure how to get into soft switch mode.

Hold down the utility button until "enter access code" appears and enter 9272 then press start. Enter 25 mode. Go to soft switch mode. The number that you enter on the left is the switch number and number on the right is the bit number. Switch 3 bits 3&4 to a 1 will disable the T/S cleaning motor and charge cleaning motor. These motors don't last for very long, so we just disable them. It doesn't seem to cause any problems.
