Zebra Card Printers

Does anybody else here work on card printers? We have a contract maintaining a pile of old Zebra p520c card printers, and are finding out how difficult sourcing parts is. Customers are managing to scratch printheads within weeks of receiving a machine back from repair, which at the moment requires us to pay full $550+ retail for a new head.

Anyone know of a company that deals with these machines? I'm really hoping to find a source for new and used parts and/or machines.
