Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out what's causing this code.. We've replaced the multifunction board (the board that slides out the side of the machine), tried swapping around RAM, tried multiple firmware versions, print driver versions, etc., but aren't having much luck. The service manual doesn't say what 00009999 actually is either - there's an article on the SSD about a 00000999 code, but this is definitely four '9's.

The problem only ever occurs when the customer is doing a large print run (typically 200-500+ sheets from an AS400, but I've been able to demonstrate it even happening out of notepad) and happens intermittently. One of our techs claims he's seen a problem like this before, and replaced the actual main board behind all the covers on the back to fix it, but I'm hesitant to do so.

I doubt ICPs have anything to do with this issue, but on a side note I haven't been able to find an ICP list for any of the Bizhub200/222 series or Di2010/2010f series machines - anyone have any ideas? thanks!

Have you tried putting in the latest firmware?

We've tried the latest version, and pretty much every official version back to the initial release version listed on the SSD website.
