I have the konicaminolta copier bizhub C6501 . after print around 100 sheets its stop and apear the error C-4701 .

Image processing abnormality

C-4701*
Address abnormality of FIFO for printer. Expansion of scanned image data is not correctly completed.

possible problem areas.

Printer control board (PRCB)
Image processing board (IPB)
I/F board (IFB)
Image memory control board (IMCB)

Check your memory, and all connections related to the above boards. Reflash firmware.
start replacing boards one at a time.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, turns out to be the IMCB
