I have a bizhub 950 with 400k on the total counter and from day one it has jammed with the J72-24 code on 80gsm A4R or A3. This is the same as the previous 920 model were it fails to enter the stack section in booklet mode. I have upgraded firmware to v20 for engine and finisher but with little improvement. For anyone who has not seen this the last sheet into the job fouls up on the PAPER REGURATION PLATE FRONT ASSY. It appeares that the paper is to blame due to curl but unless you go to an higher gramage paper it occures on various stocks. Is any one having this problem or if you have an answer please let me know?
