SD-501 on C6500 has a scew fold

Hi All

I have been working on a C6500 that has a SD-501. Only sometimes when doing A3 books one of the sheets scew when folded. Its only about 2mm but very noticeable. I have ordered folding rollers but wonder if anyone has had this.

Yes...

I usually deal with the SD-501 on 1050's - and that is usually what one gets when the folding rollers get slick. Unfortunately there is no listed estimated part life on these, but personally, I would check all the magnets for the conveyance doors (both the right side and the fronts) - I have seen them become dislodged and also cause issues.
