Hi all,I have a C550 in secure site,(no flashing) where cyan gets lighter and lighter. Replaced Cyan IU and back to normal. I don't see why machine doesn't code out for undertoned. Checked hopper and replaced hopper motor. Problem came back. Anyhelp would be great. BTW, DC is great!
