Hello Every One

i am facing a problem machine does not add toner machine have a orginal toner also i check toner feeding unit gear all are ok i feed toner manually after toner end machine copying light when i open drum unit all unit full with toner its not recycling to developer

any one have a good idea

naveedI take it you mean the waste toner is not being recycled to the developer unit, have you checked the operation of the recycling drive clutch, it may be gummed up.

Sounds like the gears in the rear of the developer unit are shot.

Did you notice starter spillage near the gears..Change development unit gears with set of bushes it may worn out.....frequently.

As per quote. The small gear on the back of the developing unit is stripped.
