C500, Black problem

hi
when I print a file that contain black area, finally result is very bad so as the black color is seprated and this event causes that result is a dirty page. I decreased density K in OP mode , but it dont effect . Please help me ?!!

Can you upload a sample of what is happening. Its not clear what you are describing.
